2.2. Product availability is subject to change, and we strive to keep our site updated. If a Product you ordered is unavailable, we will promptly inform you via email, and your order will not be processed.

2.3. Our collection primarily consists of delicate, individually crafted antique and collectible items. We provide detailed condition reports and make every effort to detect age-related wear or damage, ensuring transparency about the history of each item.

3. Personal Information Usage

3.1. Your personal information is used to facilitate the delivery of your purchases and provide our regular client newsletter. We do not sell or share your personal information.

4. Consumer Rights

4.1. As a consumer, you have legal rights regarding faulty or inaccurately described Products. Our Returns policy provides further details on this matter.

5. Order Process

5.1. Review your order carefully before submitting it. If an error is identified, contact us promptly to correct it. We will try to rectify any errors before processing the order, but we cannot guarantee this.

5.2. Upon order placement, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment does not confirm order acceptance. The Contract is formed when we send a Dispatch Confirmation, indicating that the Products have been dispatched.

5.3. If we cannot supply a Product (e.g., out of stock), we will inform you promptly, refunding the full amount if payment has been made.

6. Changes to Terms

6.1. We may revise these Terms. It is your responsibility to review them before each purchase.

6.2. The Terms in force at the time of each order will apply.

6.3. If changes are made after an order, the revised Terms will not apply to that specific order.

7. Delivery

7.1. We charge for shipping, using quality packing materials suitable for delicate items. Delivery is made through a reliable carrier with online tracking. Worldwide delivery is available with some limitations.

7.2. Orders are generally fulfilled within the next working day. Please refer to your delivery confirmation email for specific details.

7.3. Delivery is considered complete when the Products are delivered to the address provided. If unavailable, you may need to collect the Product or pay for redelivery.

8. Product Prices and Delivery Charges

8.1. Product prices are quoted on the site and may change. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

8.2. Prices include Australian GST, where applicable.

8.3. Our site showcases a vast range of Products, and pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and will notify you promptly for confirmation.

9. Payment

9.1. Prices are in Australian Dollars. We accept payment by bank transfer, EFTPOS, debit card, credit card, or Cash.

9.2. Payment is required in advance. Bank transfer is accepted, and orders are processed upon payment confirmation.

9.3. For purchases above $1,000AUD, additional verification may be required.

9.4. Failure to make timely payments may result in order cancellation or interest charges.

10. Our Liability to You as a Consumer

10.1. We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a breach of these Terms, up to the amount paid for the Product.

10.2. Commercial, business, or resale purchases are not covered by certain liabilities.

10.3. We do not exclude liability for personal injury, fraud, or other matters not permitted by law.

11. Events Outside Our Control

11.1. We are not liable for failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond our control (“Event Outside Our Control”).

11.2. In the event of an Event Outside Our Control, we will notify you promptly, and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

12.1. Subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we disclaim all warranties and representations regarding Products.

12.2. Products are provided “as is” unless a separate warranty is provided by us or the manufacturer.
